Why we started

Three things kept happening in Malaysian job groups:

The upfront-fee scam

A "work-from-home job" asks for a registration fee, then vanishes with the money.

Locked-out talent

Real jobs only reach polished CVs and big LinkedIn followings. The working aunty and the diploma grad never see them.

No one to escalate to

The gig is real, but the terms are vague, pay drags, and nobody is accountable.

Same root cause each time: no licensed party accountable for the match. So we became one.

Posts whatever employers pay to list. You verify the employer, negotiate, and chase payment alone.

What KerjaSpot does

Vets the employer first. Talks to you about fit. Walks you through the match, and stays accountable under JTKSM if anything goes wrong.

Each logo is a real Malaysian we placed in a paid role there. Not a partnership, not a paid listing. Zero ringgit was asked of any of them.

How we vet every employer

Five checks, all cleared before you ever see the role.

Company verification Cleared

SSM check, or the equivalent registry abroad. No anonymous "client" intermediaries.

Contract review Cleared

We read your contract. Clear pay schedule, fair exit terms, no training or onboarding fees.

Reference checks Cleared

New employers give us two reachable references from past hires.

“So a brand-new ‘company’ can’t invent a track record overnight.”

Payment proof Cleared

A clean record of paying on time, or a deposit.

Ongoing monitoring Cleared

We check in at week one and month one. Late pay gets the employer delisted.

What the licence obliges us to do

Charge candidates nothingThe law forbids it. Employers pay us, once, after you start. Anyone asking you for money is not us: email hello@rekrut.inc.
Put a licensed agent on every matchEveryone who contacts you works under this licence, in their own name. No bots.
Answer to a regulator, not just to youBreak the rules and JTKSM can suspend or revoke this licence. You can report us to them directly.

The current licence runs to 14 Feb 2027 and must be renewed for us to keep operating.
